All Sport Gifts SuperBowl 2011 Giveaway Contest Official Rules

1. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To register go to: http://www.allsportgifts.com/super_bowl.php and follow the instructions to complete the online entry form for entry into the contest. Limit one entry per person, household and e-mail address. You will be asked to provide your name, address, e-mail address, and favorite NFL team. All entries become the property of All Sport Gifts and will not be returned.

2. Contest Period/Deadlines: Starts Novemeber 11, 2010 at 6:00 AM ET and ends January 8, 2011 at 11:59 AM ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59 AM (ET) on January 8, 2011.

3. Eligibility: To be eligible to win prizes in the Sweepstakes, you must be 18 years of age or older (if the age of majority is older than 18, you must be of the age of majority within your jurisdiction to be eligible to win a prize) and a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees (and their immediate family members) of All Sport Gifts, NFL, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents are not eligible to participate. Immediate family member is defined as parent, sibling or any person residing in the same household as employee.

4. Drawing and Notification: One Grand Prize Winner will be selected from all eligible entries in a random drawing held on or about January 11, 2011 by All Sport Gifts whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by phone, e-mail and/or US mail. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during two (2) business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate winner selected.

5.Grand Prize Package:

Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: US Dollars $6000.00.

PLEASE NOTE: All taxes, meals, entertainment, tips, and other items not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except that All Sport Gifts reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. 6. General: Grand Prize Winner is required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release"). Travel companion (or parent or legal guardian if travel companion is a minor) must execute a Liability and Publicity form. Affidavit/Release must be signed and returned within 5 (five) business days of winner's receipt of the documents via certified mail. Failure by winner to execute documents or if winner is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with the Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. If any prize or prize notification is returned as "undeliverable", prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited by law, the winners' entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use the winners' names, photographs, likeness, statements, biographical information, voices, and addresses (city and state) for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won. All Sport Gifts in its sole discretion, may disqualify any Member or entrant from participation in the use of any or all portions of this Web site, and refuse to award prizes, if Member or entrant engages in any conduct All Sport Gifts deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Web site or detrimental to other Members or entrants of the Web site. Such improper conduct, includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during Member registration or prize claim, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating prizes through methods such as automated computer scripts or any other programming techniques, allowing others to use Member's or entrant personal information for the purpose of accumulating prizes, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs on this Web site. Member or entrant agrees that All Sport Gifts may void any prize that Member or entrant may have won and/or require the return of any prize that Member or entrant may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Member or entrant further acknowledges that the forfeiture of prize(s) and/or return of any prize(s) shall in no way prevent All Sport Gifts from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct. In addition, All Sport Gifts also reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the promotion process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion in the event the fairness or integrity of the promotion is compromised. In the event of cancellation/termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries as of the cancellation/termination date. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

7. Contest Conditions: This contest is subject to these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Entities and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Winner and entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible or liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes including, but not limited to, the acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any prize and/or any injury or damage to entrant's or third person's property related to or resulting from any prize or any part of this contest. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

8. Limitations of Liability: Contest Entities are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable or destroyed entries resulting from any reason, including: any hardware or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions; typographical or system errors; problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers or computer equipment; or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at a Website, or any combination thereof. Contest Entities are also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing the Sweepstakes, downloading any material for the Sweepstakes or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate. Sweepstakes Entities may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize, if in their sole discretion they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sweepstakes Entities representatives. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Sweepstakes Entities which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
